WHAT WE WILL COVER
ACCOMADATION: Friday and Saturday night will be covered by us, for the fighters and 1 coach per gym.
TRAVEL: $20 per 100km traveled (inc returned) - South Island only.
PURSE: If there is a purse we will pay this into your selected bank account within 10 days of the fight.
CORNER PASSES: 1 per fighter, 1 corner & 1 2nd per gym. These will be issued at the weigh in. 
WHAT WE WILL EXPECT
We expect that you will not fight at least 30 days prior to our event, we expect you to promote the show, help us by sharing our posts to sell tickets. If we all work together then we all win. 
Our costs to be covered should a fighter withdraw from a fight within 30 days of the event due to injury or stand down from fighting or sparring, family emergency or personal sickness (physical or mental). We will be booking flights with the ability to refund and cancel, but the additional cost difference between the regular flight and the "works" flight will be covered by the fighter withdrawing. This will also include the opponents flight adjustment if we cannot rematch. 
If accommodation cannot be cancelled then the cost of this will also be reimbursed to us. 
Any pre paid rental vehicles where we cannot cancel or get refunded. 
IMPORTANT DATES - Please read carefully.
NOVEMBER 10th - Cut off for blood tests and Drs fitness test paperwork. Blood tests must be no more than 6 months old, and include Hep B, Hep C, HIV. Drs fitness test must be stamped and signed by the fighters GP. Please download the PDFs below. 
NOVEMBER 24th 2023 - Official weigh in will be at 5:30pm, there will be no video weigh ins. This will be done by our show medic. Pre fight medical will be done at weigh in, all female fighters over 16 will do a pregnancy test, we will supply these. Any paperwork will be done at weigh ins. 
FIGHT DAY - You must be at the venue no later than 430pm. There will be no fight brief or medical. You MUST complete a secondary weigh in, this is just for weight cutting data and doesnt mean being at the agreed weight. This can be done between 2pm and 4:30pm
All of your gear will be ready for you in your changing room. 
Handwraps must be signed off by an official, an usher will bring you to the prefight waiting area at the start of the fight before yours so be ready.
